- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been spoken to today. I've been with this dental practice since I've had teeth, I'm 50 years old now. I have always seen Richard who is one of the best, most kindest and caring dentist out, even recommending them to people, especially with children. Today my 16 year old son had an appointment with one of the other dentists. The way he spoke to me today because we haven't been for regular 6 monthly check ups was totally uncalled. Pointing fingers and in so many words, accusing me of being a bad mother. Why? Because you don't get paid by the nhs when people don't come for check ups do you. I will not be seeing him again. A very very rude and arrogant man. If I can't get an appointment with Richard I will go elsewhere.by helen pewtonMarch 17, 2017
